It's the most wonderful time of the year!!!

I'm sure plenty of people have that saying posted somewhere this time of the year. But it's very appropriate!

Last week I finally broke down and bought another nice camera. If you don't know my story - you can read about my excitement when I bought the camera here and where it went here. It's been a really rough couple of months for me in realizing that I have NO pictures anymore and with the holidays very quickly approaching I just bit the bullet and made another purchase (thanks to Kimberly for telling me to just go ahead and get another one, Cody for his awesome support and mom for calling one day too late after I already made the purchase!! Haha!). I bought the same exact camera that I had before - except it will take me a while to be able to get the zoom lense. But for now (when it arrives today or tomorrow in the mail!!) I am SO excited about getting my hands back on that camera and being able to document our holidays! So - more blogging to come for sure now that I'll have pictures to post!!

Gavin went and stayed at Nana and Poppy's house this past weekend while I had two Christmas parties to attend and Cody is still in football season! Go Dragons! So anyway - here are a few pictures that my mom sent of the fun-filled weekend with all of her grandboys. Gavin is so very lucky to have grandparents that are always willing to hang out with him while Cody and I have kid-less plans.

I did some playing around on picnik with the first two images. I will also be purchasing a picture editing software for super cheap along with the camera (good deal on Amazon) that I am really excited to starting learning and playing with. :)
